Welcome to the Flunzr Partner Program (“Program”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation as an Exclusive Partner (EP) or Official Partner (OP).
By applying for, enrolling in, or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with:

  • These Terms

  • The Flunzr Privacy Policy

  • All platform-specific rules, guidelines, and instructions

“Flunzr”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Flunzr.com.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in the Program.

1. Introduction

The Flunzr Partner Program is designed to provide creators, influencers, models, and multi-talents access to opportunities, events, campaigns, and branding support.

The Program has two partner categories:

  1. Exclusive Partner (EP) – Free

  2. Official Partner (OP) – ₹99/month subscription

These Terms apply to both tiers unless clearly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility Requirements

By joining the Program, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old.

  2. All information you provide is accurate, truthful, and up to date.

  3. You maintain an active social media presence with genuine followers and engagement.

  4. Your account(s) are public and accessible for verification.

  5. You are not previously banned from Flunzr for misconduct or fraud.

Flunzr reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject any application

  • Request additional verification

  • Suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion

3. Partner Categories

A. Exclusive Partner (EP) – Free

Exclusive Partners receive access to:

  • Exclusive Opportunities

  • Exclusive Brand Campaigns

  • Exclusive Events

  • Exclusive Shoots

  • Exclusive Contests

  • Exclusive Perks

EP Mandatory Rules

i. Lead-Sharing Requirement

You must share potential leads (brands, clients, contacts) with Flunzr.
Any campaign opportunity arising through shared leads must be routed only through Flunzr.

ii. Exclusivity Condition

You agree NOT to:

  • Independently contact or collaborate with brands introduced by Flunzr

  • Use Flunzr-based contacts or opportunities outside the platform

  • Bypass, avoid, or manipulate the Flunzr opportunity system

Doing so results in immediate termination.

iii. Mandatory Participation

If selected or approved for shoots, events, or opportunities:

  • You must participate

  • You must respond within communicated timelines

  • Valid justifications are required for non-participation

Repeated non-response may lead to removal.

iv. Branding & Promotion Rules

EP Partners must:

  • Follow all Flunzr branding guidelines

  • Use promotional materials responsibly

  • Not misrepresent the brand

  • Not portray Flunzr negatively, offensively, or misleadingly

B. Official Partner (OP) – ₹99/month

Official Partners receive:

  • Priority Access to Opportunities

  • More Reach and Visibility

  • More Prominence on creator lists/pages

  • Priority Shoots & Contests

  • Additional partner perks as updated over time

Subscription Terms

  • OP Plan renews monthly automatically

  • Billing continues until cancelled

  • No refunds for partial or past billing cycles

  • Cancellation stops future billing, but access remains for the current period

4. Content & Conduct Rules (For All Partners)

By joining the Program, you agree to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

A. Bot / Fake Engagement Ban

Strictly prohibited:

  • Bot followers

  • Fake growth tools

  • Purchased likes/comments

  • Automated engagement systems

  • Mass-follow/unfollow tools

Detection leads to immediate termination.

B. Private or Locked Accounts

Your profile must remain public at all times during your partnership.

If your account becomes private:

  • You may be removed

  • Opportunities may be revoked

  • Verification may fail

C. Professional Behavior

Partners must:

  • Communicate respectfully with brands and Flunzr staff

  • Respond promptly to messages and opportunity updates

  • Maintain a professional tone during shoots, events, and communications

  • Avoid misconduct, harassment, or abusive behavior

D. Content Restrictions

Content that includes or promotes the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Nudity or adult content

  • Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior

  • Hate speech, threats, or violence

  • Drugs, illegal activities, or harmful behavior

  • Self-harm or dangerous acts

  • Political or extremist ideologies

  • Misleading, fraudulent, or false content

  • Copyrighted material without permission

Posting restricted content may lead to removal.

E. Misrepresentation

You must NOT falsify:

  • Follower count

  • Engagement numbers

  • Experience or achievements

  • Work history

  • Identity or personal details

  • Portfolio or credentials

Misrepresentation results in suspension or termination.

5. Payment Terms – Official Partner (OP Plan)

    • Subscription fee: ₹99/month

    • Charges are processed via third-party payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe/etc.)

    • Payments renew automatically

    • No refunds for completed billing cycles

    • You may cancel anytime through the account or support

    If payment fails, your OP privileges may be paused until resolved.

6. Termination & Suspension

Flunzr may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate any rule or term

  • You use bots or fake engagement

  • You misrepresent your information

  • You break exclusivity agreements (EP)

  • You share confidential brand communication

  • You refuse EP mandatory participation rules

  • You misuse Flunzr branding

  • You engage in toxic or inappropriate behavior

  • You violate content restrictions

Voluntary Termination

You may request account deletion anytime by emailing:

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Flunzr Assets

    All Flunzr:

    • Logos

    • Brand names

    • Creative materials

    • Templates

    • Designs

    • Visual assets

    • Documents

    are the exclusive property of Flunzr.

    You may NOT:

    • Modify, misuse, or distribute Flunzr assets without permission

    • Use Flunzr branding to mislead brands or the public

    • Claim partnership or representation beyond your tier level

    Creator Content

    By participating, you grant Flunzr a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

    • Repost your content

    • Use your profile/media for promotional purposes

    • Showcase creator portfolios on our platforms

    • Use event or shoot content for marketing

    Proper credits will be provided when used publicly.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flunzr is not liable for:

  • Lost opportunities or earnings

  • Damages from social media performance

  • Issues arising between creators and brands

  • Delays, downtime, or platform maintenance

  • Loss of data

  • Partner mistakes, misuse, or negligence

  • Third-party system failures (payment gateways, social platforms, etc.)

Participation in the Program is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Data Usage Summary

  • We collect:

    • Personal details

    • Social media information

    • Location details

    • Analytics and device data

    • Uploaded files and media

    We use this data for:

    • Verification

    • Communication

    • Matching opportunities

    • Analytics

    • Platform improvements

10. Updates to Terms

Flunzr may update these Terms at any time.

We may provide notice via:

  • Email

  • Website banners

  • App notifications

Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
